Annual Report 2022

Our Company is the national passenger railway carrier of the Russian Federation. We offer transport accessibility of and geographical connectivity between 77 of the 89 areas of our country.

The Company's strategic goals are to increase the volume and speed of transport operations, renew rolling stock, and reduce the negative impact on the environment.

The main achievements of the Company in 2022 are passenger traffic growth, increased income from operations, improved service quality, and successful upgrading of rolling stock.

FPC's corporate governance system is based on the principles enshrined in the Bank of Russia's Corporate Governance Code. It aims to protect the interests of all shareholders.

The principles of sustainable development are integrated into the Company's operations. We are concerned about personnel development, ensuring decent and safe working conditions for our employees, and environmental protection.
